(1) Sensor status page
The IOTMAX software has a multi-sensor status page that displays the current particle count of each/each group/all sample points in real time. When the alarm is triggered, the color of the sample points on the page will change to reflect the emerging situation. The problems of the sensor itself, such as laser power, flow, communication, etc., are also reflected in the color changes on the page.
(2) Equipment distribution map
The software can produce a special map of the equipment distribution, indicating the position of each monitoring instrument configured in the system. The page also displays the status parameters and current monitoring values of the sampling points selected by the operator, and updates these data in real time. While the IOTMAX software collects data, operators can add or replace monitoring instruments, and the software can generate multiple equipment maps to show zoomed in on specific locations in the production facility.
(3) Time graph: real-time and IOTMAX
The software uses multiple color pens to plot real-time or retrieval data into time plots. The operator can select colors and graphs (linear or logarithmic scale) for particle and environmental sampling points on the time plot, for full and full limit parameters, for instrument state levels, etc. The page can display multiple time graphs at the same time, and the operator can also store the time graph for later analysis.
